, with most shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week

- Availability, shift days and times will be confirmed early in the interview process.
- Team members will be informed in advance of any schedule changes.
- Reliability during scheduled hours is greatly valued.
- These part‑time roles involve flexibility on both sides.
- Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and teamwork.
- Screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk/stand for entire shift.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs, occasionally up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear due to exposure to blood borne pathogens.
- Minimum 1 year customer or patient‑facing experience helpful.
- Current state license/certification: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT.
Location:
USA – CA – Vista.
U.S. starting hourly wage: $19.00.
