Cheer Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who genuinely enjoys supporting older adults and delivering premium, individualized care directly in their homes. In this concierge role, you will be a vital link in our care network, partnering with an interdisciplinary team to design tailored health strategies while maintaining open lines of communication with clients, families, and your fellow nursing staff.

• Initial & Ongoing Assessments:
  Evaluate client health status and environmental safety to pinpoint specific care requirements.
• Care Plan Formulation:
  Construct personalized clinical roadmaps and define actionable wellness milestones.
• Chronic Condition Oversight:
  Monitor and manage long-term health conditions to ensure stability and prevent nighttime complications.
• Specialized Clinical Support:
  Administer advanced treatments including post-operative recovery care, wound management, and precise medication administration.
• Family Guidance:
  Empower clients and their designated representatives through education regarding medical diagnoses and daily care routines.
• Overnight Wellness Advocacy:
  Provide vigilant, holistic overnight support that ensures patient comfort, safety, and peace of mind.

• Current, unrestricted California registered nurse license
• 3 years of experience as a registered nurse
• Home Health experience preferred
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Active California Drivers license and car insurance
• Cell phone with Internet Access

Hourly Pay Rate: $45-$80 based on experience. Potential for team bonus.
