Job Duties - Javo
* Inspect raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to ensure compliance with Javo quality standards and specifications
* Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to food safety, GMP, and HACCP requirements
* Perform quality checks on ingredients, packaging, labeling, and lot coding
* Document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions accurately and in a timely manner
* Verify sanitation procedures and production line cleanliness prior to start-up and during operations
* Conduct first-article and final product inspections
* Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, company policies, and customer requirements
* Assist in investigations of quality complaints, non-conformances, and product holds
* Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes
* Communicate quality issues to production supervisors and management
* Maintain quality records, logs, and reports
* Assist with internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
