Operations Supervisor

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including crew members and shift leaders.;
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and provide outstanding customer service.;
Ensure all operational procedures, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.;
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to order supplies and products as needed.;
Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation.
