• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required; additional language skills a plus.

• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales performance plans.
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to demonstrate brand quality and style.
• Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer requests.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the store register while adhering to checkout standards.
• Access and maintain consumer accounts accurately and protect customer privacy in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain professional attire, conduct, and appearance in line with company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
