Game Stop - 510 Hacienda Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform guests of promotions, and engage in selling behaviors during every transaction.;
Promote Game Stop guest benefits and loyalty programs to drive guest engagement and repeat business.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager and assist with scheduling and training.;
Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure products are visible, merchandised, and stocked according to company guidelines; manage inventory control and loss prevention practices.;
Process guest purchases and returns via POS, handle phone inquiries professionally, escalate issues to the Store Manager when needed; complete closeout paperwork and bank deposits accurately.
