Solatube Home is seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Vista, CA. We are an award winning company that brightens our customers' homes using energy efficient day lighting systems.

The Job: You are the voice of our company, connecting our valued customers with our innovative products by scheduling appointments, coordinating installations and providing a customer-first experience with each interaction. You share product knowledge, answer billing questions, and support customers through our warranty process when needed. You are the cornerstone of customer satisfaction!

The Logistics: Standard 8am to 5pm schedule, M-F. Hourly rate plus uncapped commission potential.

The Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in professional sales (ideally phone sales).
• Residential home service sales industry experience preferred (i.e. solar, plumbing, roofing, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Strong phone presence.
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable reputation, attitude for fast-paced work, and service-minded.
