Kni Tec is a growing sales company specializing in TVs, Appliances and Pro AV equipment, specifically for hospitality. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team and provide exceptional customer service.
As a Hospitality Inside Sales Rep, you will assist with quotations, sales orders, and invoices, collaborate with the team to support Hospitality products, maintain accurate records, and handle customer inquiries. This is an onsite, full-time role. Candidates must be able to commute to San Clemente, CA., every work day.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality and/or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with good data entry skills
- ERP/CMS experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree
