Sales Representative - Facility Services

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, goal‑oriented Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team. In this business‑to‑business (B2B) role, you will provide our clients with solutions to their facility services needs and build a rewarding career while supporting customers as they prepare for the Workday™. The role is part of Cintas's expansive Sales organization.

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your assigned territory.
• Use Cintas' CRM to identify opportunities, close new business, and maintain accurate account records.
• Consistently achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
• Deliver product demonstrations, negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales.

Required:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet browsing, and a contact‑management system.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in a similar B2B role.
• Prior experience selling to new businesses.
