Norm Reeves Honda Vista is looking for a motivated
, customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our growing sales team. If you're driven, personable, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle, we want to hear from you!

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
• Build rapport and understand customer needs to recommend the right vehicle
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships for repeat/referral business
• Stay current on inventory, promotions, and financing options
• Stay current on upcoming model enhancements, Honda Training and incoming Preowned Inventory

• Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High Energy, Self-motivated person with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Valid CA Sales License (No Sales License? No worries we can guide you!)
• Ability to work evenings/weekends
