Rapid Bath Remodel is currently seeking an experienced Bathroom Remodeler / Installer to join our growing team in the Southern California area. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

• Install tubs, showers, wall systems, and bathroom fixtures
• Perform demolition and preparation for new installations
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Document all steps from start to finish and provide regular photographic updates to our internal support staff
• Communicate with homeowners professionally during the installation process
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high craftsmanship standards

• Previous bathroom remodeling or construction experience required
• Experience with plumbing, carpentry, tile, or acrylic systems required
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely, must have own tools and transport
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to drive to and from worksite
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in residential environments
• Willing to participate in a background check
