The Cleanroom / Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and supporting cleanroom equipment and environments to ensure reliable operation and compliance with established safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. This role performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment installation, cleaning, inspections, and service activities in controlled environments

** Pay Rate:*
* _The pay rate for this job is $24 - $27 / hour

** What you'll be doing as a Cleanroom / Service Technician:*
* + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cleanroom equipment and related systems

+ Inspect, clean, troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment components as needed

+ Support installation, startup, testing, and qualification of cleanroom equipment

+ Maintain cleanroom areas according to established procedures and contamination-control requirements

+ Follow SOPs, safety procedures, GMP requirements, and applicable quality standards

+ Document maintenance activities, service calls, inspections, parts usage, and equipment status accurately

+ Respond to equipment issues and service requests in a timely manner

+ Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and other diagnostic equipment safely

+ Coordinate with Facilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other teams to resolve equipment issues

+ Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and service supplies

+ Participate in continuous-improvement activities to improve equipment reliability and cleanroom performance

+ Maintain a professional, safety-focused approach when working in controlled environments

* Job requirements:

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred

+ 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, cleanroom, HVAC, or a related technical environment preferred

+ Mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or instrumentation experience is a plus

+ Ability to read basic technical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Comfortable working in cleanroom environments while following gowning and contamination-control procedures

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

+ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

+ Ability to safely lift and handle equipment, tools, and materials as required

+ Background check and drug test required
