This is a part-time, on-site role for an Intake Coordinator based in Vista, CA. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing the intake process for new clients, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks may include collecting and verifying client information, explaining program details, and coordinating case management activities. The role requires collaboration with team members and a commitment to supporting families on their journey toward stability.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of Case Management practices and experience working with vulnerable populations
- Understanding of Medical Terminology and familiarity with operational practices in healthcare or social services
- Knowledge of Insurance processes and ability to assist clients in navigating insurance systems
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in using office software and maintaining accurate records
- Previous experience in social services or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or relevant field is advantageous
