• $22.13–$30.80 per hour
• Starting pay $22.13 with progression to $30.80 over 3 years
• Full‑time paid training to obtain a commercial driver’s license

• Execute safe, on‑time operations by following designated routes, schedules, and traffic regulations
• Provide exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections pre‑ and post‑trip, reporting maintenance issues and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment
• Enforce seat‑belt usage, emergency response preparedness, and other company policies and regulatory mandates
• Other duties as required

• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class B with passenger and air‑brake endorsements
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned

• Work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
• Sit for extended periods of time
• Drive in traffic and in all weather conditions
• Lift, push, pull, and carry items above shoulder level without assistance
• Move up and down stairs easily
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Work in a combination of indoor and outdoor environments
