Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Location: Vista, CA 92081
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00/hr
Duration: 2 months+

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing temperature-controlled inventory across multiple warehouse locations in a regulated environment. This role performs SAP ERP transactions, processes transfer documentation, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports shipping and receiving operations while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards.

• Manage temperature-controlled, inventoried materials across warehouse locations
• Perform ERP transactions in SAP
• Process Transfer Orders (TOs) and Goods Receipts (GRs)
• Operate manual and motorized warehouse equipment
• Reprioritize tasks based on business needs and schedule changes
• Maintain training requirements and warehouse organization
• Ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Notify management of any temperature excursions
• Coordinate material transfers between facilities and complete required documentation
• Follow all warehouse safety rules and policies in a regulated environment

• Coordinate material and equipment transfers between warehouse locations
• Lead shipping and receiving activities
• Authorized to operate company vehicle for delivery and retrieval of materials while ensuring temperature control
• Effective inter- and intradepartmental communication

• High School Diploma required
• 0–2 years of related experience
• GMP experience in a regulated environment preferred

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills including email and system applications
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

• Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 55 pounds
• Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds
• May assist with moving objects 100+ pounds
• Operate carts, lift trucks, or pallet jacks
• Work in 2–8°C or
  -20°C environments for extended periods
• Handle dry ice for frozen materials
• Work around moving motorized warehouse equipment
