In this role, you will assemble outbound collection kits corresponding to incoming kit orders from client sites and ensure accurate, efficient, and punctual packaging and shipping.

• Assemble specimen collection kits according to customer orders.
• Verify accuracy and quantity of all items for each order.
• Utilize UPS/Fed Ex shipping software to generate required shipping and return labels.
• Label and package orders for shipping in accordance with DOT and IATA shipping regulations.
• Perform quality checks of returned specimen collection kits to determine reusability.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and laboratory environment.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail, collaborative, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with work orders and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with IATA/DOT shipping regulations and certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers and both internal and external personnel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work an assigned schedule and modify commitments as needed.

Salary Range: $18-20 per hour.
