Tradeshow Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Tradeshow Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations supporting trade show and exhibition events. This role will manage inventory, shipping/receiving, transportation coordination, staff supervision, and process optimization to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials for events. The ideal candidate will bring strong warehouse leadership experience, logistics coordination expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Warehouse Operations:
  Manage all warehouse activities including inventory control, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and storage organization
• Logistics Coordination:
  Plan and coordinate transportation, freight, and delivery schedules for trade show materials and exhibits
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise warehouse staff including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and day-to-day oversight
• Inventory Management:
  Oversee procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and replenishment of trade show materials
• Vendor & 3PL Coordination:
  Manage third-party logistics providers, freight carriers, and shipping partners
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Compliance & Safety:
  Ensure adherence to forklift safety regulations, warehouse safety standards, and shipping procedures
• Reporting & Analytics:
  Monitor budgets, analyze supply chain performance, and report operational metrics
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work with production planning and internal teams to ensure timely event execution

• 5+ years of direct trade show warehouse experience (MANDATORY)
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision
• Forklift Certification required
• Strong experience in transportation management and freight coordination
• Experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations
• Leadership experience managing warehouse teams (hiring, training, scheduling, performance management)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of safety compliance in warehouse and logistics environments
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate multiple shipments and events
• Must be comfortable working onsite full-time in Vista, CA
