ECommerce Shipping Associate

To help us continue to grow, we’re searching for an eCommerce Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately pulling, packing, processing and staging ecommerce orders for shipment. This position uses the SYSPRO ERP system and Star Ship shipping platform to process orders, create shipping labels, schedule shipments and maintain accurate shipping records.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse order-fulfillment experience, strong attention to detail and working knowledge of computers, ERP systems and parcel-shipping platforms.

• Pull e-commerce orders accurately according to order documentation.
• Verify item numbers, quantities and product condition before packing.
• Select appropriate cartons and securely pack products to prevent damage.
• Process Fed Ex Ground shipments using the Star Ship platform.
• Use SYSPRO to review, confirm and complete shipping transactions.
• Generate and apply accurate shipping labels and required documentation.
• Schedule shipments and coordinate Fed Ex Ground pickups when necessary.
• Stage completed orders in the designated outbound shipping area.
• Verify shipping addresses, service levels, package weights and dimensions.
• Maintain accurate shipment and tracking records.
• Identify and report order discrepancies, damaged products or system issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Assist with other warehouse and shipping responsibilities as needed.

• Previous experience pulling, packing and staging customer orders.
• Experience processing or scheduling Fed Ex Ground or other parcel shipments.
• Familiarity with Star Ship or a similar shipping platform.
• Experience using SYSPRO or another ERP or warehouse-management system.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigating multiple programs.
• Ability to read and accurately follow order and shipping instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting daily shipping deadlines.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry and safely move packaged products.
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages within the company’s established weight limits.
• Ability to work in an active warehouse environment.
