About the role

As part of a close‑knit finance team, you will ensure our financial administration is accurate to the last detail. You will process transactions, maintain data integrity, and keep records up to date across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently prepare, enter, process and verify financial transactions such as purchase invoices and bank entries.
  • Create sales invoices, manage accounts receivable and prepare CBS filings.
  • Check employees’ recorded hours and provide timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Answer incoming phone calls as part of your daily duties.
Qualifications
  • Relevant MBO‑level education.
  • Good command of Dutch and English.
  • Experience with Office programs, ERP systems and other financial software.
  • Independent, accurate, and strong in communication.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
What We Offer
  • Salary between EUR 3,400 and EUR 4,100 per month (40‑hour week).
  • 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days in accordance with the Metalektro collective labor agreement.
  • Option to sell ADV days annually.
  • Fixed monthly commuting allowance (€0.23 per km).
  • Solid pension scheme with PME – 50% of contributions paid by Royal Houdijk.
