The Director of Power Construction is responsible for leading the successful execution of the company s Power construction operations across Distribution, Transmission, Substations, EV Infrastructure, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Renewable Energy and other utility infrastructure projects.

• Lead Power construction operations from project handoff through final completion.
• Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and field teams.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Establish consistent construction processes and best practices across all Power operations.
• Oversee project execution to ensure performance against safety, schedule, quality and financial objectives.
• Monitor project performance and proactively address operational risks.
• Support project teams in resolving technical and operational challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and develop construction leadership.
• Drive accountability across all levels of the construction organization.

• Experience leading large-scale Distribution, Transmission, Substation, or utility infrastructure projects;
• Demonstrated experience managing construction operations, field organizations and multiple concurrent projects;
• Experience leading Project Managers, Construction Managers, and field leadership teams;
• Strong understanding of utility construction practices and project delivery
