Litigation Attorney; Hybrid

Position: Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)
Sklar Law, LLC has a full time opening for a well-rounded, highly motivated, Associate Attorney in its Voorhees, NJ office. The ideal candidate must be experienced in commercial litigation as well as have some trial experience. Any candidates that have construction and/or bankruptcy litigation experience will be given additional consideration in the hiring process. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling cases from inception through trial, motions, conducting discovery, legal research, brief writing, negotiating and settling cases.

The firm is looking for someone who would thrive in a fast paced working environment that provides substantial opportunities for professional development. A successful candidate will be licensed in NJ (PA bar, or the ability to waive into PA, is highly desirable), have at least 1 to 6 years of experience in litigation, as well as the ability to work proactively and independently.

Sklar Law, LLC is a small creditor’s rights firm specializing in crediitor's rights, commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation. The successful candidate must be able to handle high volume of cases, have the ability to travel throughout NJ, attend court appearances, research, write and negotiate settlements.
