• Ensure assigned location(s) are thoroughly cleaned, assigned projects completed, and that customer is satisfied with completed work
• Clean facility by sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming and cleaning surfaces
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc in restrooms, breakrooms, and kitchen
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to maintain safety and prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen
• Regularly check and replace trash receptacles and empty waste baskets into disposal areas
• Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer and team member restrooms (including cleaning and policing)
• Handle additional approved special requests from customers
• Operate and sanitize equipment in a safe and proper manner
• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after operating hours
• Ensure electrical appliance are turned off
• Restock carts and closets at end of each shift
• Identify and report possible repairs

• Available to work during evening hours
• Possess a functional smartphone with data plan to use our mobile application (iOS and Android)
• Reliable transportation to and from work location(s)
• Willing to work assigned hours
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to handle and correct issues
• Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment
• Disposition to perform other duties as assigned
• Strong communication skills

• Lift and move objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head
• Occasionally push and pull wheeled carts and dollies with products up to 100 pounds during site visits
• Work in tight spaces
• Stand and walk for up to 4 - 8 hours
• Walk and climb up and down minimum 500 stairs daily
