**$17.25-$21.00/Hour!**

Summary:

Performs routine maintenance and repair of residence, maintains the physical appearance of grounds and building, and ensures safety and soundness of the building. Works with outside contractors as needed. Responsible for cleaning residents' rooms and common areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, polishing, mopping, disinfecting, etc. Discards waste properly, replaces light bulbs, and assists with housekeeping and laundry duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• The qualifications may vary by state; refer to the LCB Senior Living policy guide for your state.
• Knowledge of maintenance functions, OSHA standards, fire codes, and safety regulations. Ability to organize maintenance needs and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written. Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, push, and stretch. Ability to move heavy furniture and equipment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least four years of maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare.
• HVAC certification preferred. Valid driver's license required.

• Properly discard waste and trash.
