Virtua Medical Group is excited to welcome a Full‑Time Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) to join our new Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), an extension of the Emergency Department designed to provide short‑term care for patients needing extended diagnostics or brief hospital treatments before discharge.

As an APP in the CDU, you will play a critical role in patient care, including admissions, coordinating in‑hospital treatment, and managing transitions to outpatient services or inpatient admissions when necessary. You will work closely alongside dedicated CDU physicians to deliver seamless, patient‑centered care.

• Experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Prior experience in a Clinical Decision Unit or Emergency Department is highly preferred.
• Strong motivation, excellent teamwork, and leadership skills are essential.

The starting salary for this position is: $ (annually). The actual compensation package could vary based on experience, internal equity, and market data.
