We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a vital member of our inpatient psychiatric consult service, you'll have the opportunity to provide high‑quality care to individuals with a range of psychiatric conditions, helping them stabilize, heal, and build the foundation for long‑term recovery.

• Partner with our unique behavioral health consult coordinators (RNs or LCSWs), who provide assessments, care planning, clinical documentation, nursing staff education and support, and act as liaisons with nursing leadership on behalf of clinicians and patients
• Participate in call and weekend rotations to support patient needs
• Contribute to Virtua Health's graduate medical education program working with psychiatry and family medicine residents and medical students in the Rowan‑Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine (SOM).

In addition to inpatient psychiatric care, our program also provides:

• Outpatient mental health treatment with psychiatrists, advanced nurse practitioners, and licensed clinical social workers who are embedded within 28 primary care offices
• CASTLE pediatric behavioral health program, including outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient therapy, partial hospitalization, and a therapeutic nursery for kids ages 3 to 4
• Advanced interventional psychiatry providing treatments such as electroconvulsive therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation.
• Substance use disorder treatment through our Medication for Addiction Treatment program
• Perinatal mood and anxiety disorder program
