As an APP in the CDU, you will play a critical role in patient care, including admissions, coordinating in-hospital treatment, and managing transitions to outpatient services or inpatient admissions when necessary. You will work closely alongside dedicated CDU physicians to deliver seamless, patient-centered care.

• Experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Prior experience in a Clinical Decision Unit or Emergency Department is highly preferred.
• Strong motivation, excellent teamwork, and leadership skills are essential.

Minimum base salary: $127,287 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
