Ascend Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the South West Team and provide compassionate hospice care. You will observe patient and family needs, consult with the Hospice Nurse on symptom management, and deliver prescribed care under supervision.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will document patient/family responses, maintain continuity of care, manage home care supplies, and assist with billing and orientation of new hospice aides.
