Registered Nurse; RN L&D; PT

Location:

Voorhees – 100 Bowman Drive, New Jersey.

Shift: Night Shift – 12 Hour (United States of America).

Hours:

24 weekly. Type:
On‑Site, Regular employee, Part‑time.

• Perform assessment of patient and develop, implement, and evaluate plan of care.
• Administer, monitor, and document therapeutic interventions and regimens.
• Effectively manage rapidly changing situations.
• Participate in clinical decision‑making.
• Educate patient and family regarding disease process, individual care needs, wellness, and safety issues.
• Delegate and monitor care rendered by other members of the nursing department and healthcare team.
• Demonstrate standard precautions and patient safety principles.
• Participate in orientation, education, and development of the healthcare team.
• Identify and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Maintain professional and departmental competencies.

• Valid New Jersey RN license, presented and maintained in accordance with the State of New Jersey licensing board.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, procedures, and standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate team of care providers.
• Commitment to ongoing education to stay abreast of current nursing practice.
• Demonstrated professional ethics and high standards of practice.

Compensation:
Hourly rate $44.57–$60.44 (actual rate will vary based on applicant’s experience, internal equity, and market data).
