Registered Nurse - High Risk Obstetric Unit

This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
Day shifts, 3x12-hour schedule (07:00 - 19:00)
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in the High Risk Obstetric Unit (HROB) will provide care for early inductions, antepartum patients, and those requiring continuous monitoring. Nurses will float to different units as needed across five designated hospitals based on patient care requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Cares for patients in the High Risk Obstetric Unit, including early inductions and antepartum patients.
- Monitors patients continuously and responds to any emergent needs.
- Floats to other hospital units as required based on staffing needs.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 2.5 years of nursing experience in a related specialty.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
- Active New Jersey RN license at the time of submission.
- Epic charting experience preferred.
- Must pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing the contract.
