Voorhees Pediatric Facility (VPF) is a nationally recognized Pediatric Specialty Care center for Medically Fragile Children/Adolescents/Young Adults that offers 119 in‑patient beds and the largest freestanding pediatric ventilator program in the country. The Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) organizes and directs work on their assigned shift as follows:

• Oversees 20-25 RN, LPN, CNA Staff in providing Skilled Nursing Services for Residents and ensure quality standards are met.
• Provides leadership and guidance to nursing and other staff in the building.
• Assumes oversight for the building on their staff.
• Ensures compliance with policy/procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Ensures effective communication with residents, family members, agencies, physicians, and referral sources.
• Works closely with other Departments, especially Respiratory Department.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current NJ RN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum three years nursing experience.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Current/Active CPR Certification (only AHA or ARC are accepted; certification must include cognitive and skills training).
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.

Full‑time 3 days a week position (12‑hour shifts) 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (1 in 3 weekends – Saturday/Sunday).

Base rate of $47.93–$53.47 per hour, plus 15% shift differential for time worked between 7 PM and 7 AM. Hourly rate will be determined by years of experience.

$3,000, dispersed in payments: 30 days, 90 days and 6 months after hire.
