DescriptionAmerican Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN with Level III micro preemie and high frequency ventilation experience for an every-weekend day shift assignment.
Details- Level III NICU setting practicing couplet care with a Stork RN on each shift
- Patient ratio of 1:2
- Every weekend required plus 1 weekday shift
- Floating required among 5 hospitals within skillset (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL)
- No on-call responsibilities
- Block scheduling is not permitted
- Active RN license (NJ or Compact) required, verified via Nursys within 2 weeks of submission
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required, with BLS not expiring within 30 days of assignment start
- 2-3 years of NICU experience required, with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Level III NICU experience required
- Experience with micro preemies and high frequency ventilation required
- Epic experience preferred
- Provide specialized care to NICU patients including micro preemies requiring high frequency ventilation
- Navy blue scrubs required
- RTO must be submitted at time of consideration; requests after submission will not be accepted
- No RTO permitted during the first week of the assignment
- First-time travelers accepted but not preferred
- Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to the local rate
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required with no exemptions

The $2,736 weekly pay shown in this posting, along with related figures, corresponds to the higher end of this range. Weekly travel pay includes tax-free stipends per IRS guidelines. Weekly local pay is fully taxable and therefore lower due to additional employer-paid taxes and related costs.
