The Lucas Family Allstate Insurance Agency is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our established team in Voorhees, NJ. Our agency has served the community from the same location since 1983 and has been under the same ownership since 2000.

We have been recognized and rewarded by Allstate multiple times for our sales performance and agency growth, and we're looking for another motivated professional who wants to contribute to that success.

Who We're Looking For

We are open to both experienced insurance professionals and talented salespeople who are newer to the insurance industry.

• Ability to follow insurance regulations and compliance requirements

Spanish/English bilingual skills highly preferred

A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License is required before your first day of employment
. Candidates who are not currently licensed may still be considered if they are willing and able to obtain their license prior to starting.

Voorhees, NJ

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

• Currently licensed (or be willing to obtain) Property & Casualty Insurance License
