Security Officer Visitor Reception

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or access credentials, and following site-specific security-related procedures for a technology-focused location;
Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage visitor check-in and sign-in processes, issue temporary access credentials as directed, and report unusual activity or policy concerns;
Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Support access control operations by observing entry points, documenting visitor and delivery activity, answering phones and/or directing inquiries, and helping to deter unauthorized access through professional presence and adherence to post orders;
Complete required logs, reports, and front desk documentation related to daily operations, incidents, and security-related events in accordance with Allied Universal standards and client location policies
