** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related protocols for a commercial real estate location.

+ Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor access as directed, issue passes or credentials when appropriate, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence.

+ Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management, tenants, and/or emergency responders as needed.

+ Answer phones, greet guests, maintain visitor logs, and support security-related reporting, documentation, and other administrative duties connected to front desk operations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
