Position Summary:

Center For Family Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Person) for the Operations Department. The Facility Maintenance Technician completes basic maintenance, minor repairs and maintain grounds. Full positions are available. Hours are typically 7am - 3pm with some Evenings, Weekends and emergency response as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes routine and preventive maintenance to agency properties and residential facilities
• Has knowledge and proficiency with hand tools and equipment across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, and painting (required)
• Onsite during safety inspections
• Must have a safety work habit

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in routine Facility Maintenance required
• General experience with Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Drywall, etc.
• Current Driver's License
• Vehicle with current insurance and registration
