Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician — Voorhees, NJ

$22–$30/hr, based on experience
The Village at Voorhees Apartments is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep our community running smoothly for residents. This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows their way around HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, and wants a stable, long-term position with a company that invests in its people.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances
- Handle general upkeep: painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and unit turnovers
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
- Keep common areas and grounds clean, safe, and well‑maintained
- Take part in a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours emergencies; team of approx. 8 technicians
- Prior experience in apartment or residential maintenance
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
