At our community, our Life Enrichment Assistants play a key role in enriching our residents' lives by promoting an active and vibrant lifestyle.
What will you do as a Life Enrichment Assistant?
- Get to know the residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programs that foster engagement and fulfillment.
- Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
- Participate in activities such as games, painting, singing, and music, and assist in organizing and running these events.
- Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
- Drive the company vehicle occasionally to transport residents to and from events (must be 21 or over).
- Assist in setting up and breaking down events and activities.
