Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    :
    Execute a food and beverage strategy focused on guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Financial Management
    :
    Manage annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and provide regular analysis of sales, labor efficiency, and cost controls
  • Team Development
    :
    Hire, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to maintain high service standards across all outlets
  • Operational Oversight
    :
    Ensure a safe, compliant, and sanitary environment while optimizing workflows for both front- and back-of-house
  • Brand Ambassador
    :
    Act as a visible leader to cultivate guest relationships and collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and high-profile events
Candidate Profile
  • Experience
    : 7–10 years of leadership experience in a similar high-volume or luxury hospitality role is preferred
  • Education
    :
    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expertise
    :
    Proven track record in financial acumen, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making
  • Soft Skills
    :
    Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams
  • Tech Savvy
    :
    Proficient in Microsoft 365 and modern hospitality technologies
Compensation
  • Annual Base Salary
    : $85,000 - $90,000
  • Bonus
    : 10% annual bonus potential paid annually
