Youth Pastor

The Student Pastor for New Life BC is a full-time position. Currently our student ministries connect with 15-20 students at a mid-week service, and 8-10 on Sunday mornings. There is great potential for growth. The student pastor oversees all aspects of the student ministry (6th-12th grade). He is responsible for designing a ministry that seeks to introduce students to Christ and encourages students to follow Christ in their daily life.

The right candidate will be able to effectively communicate with adults and students. He will provide biblical teaching, biblical counseling, and a godly example for students to follow.

• Develop and execute an effective strategy for the spiritual development of students in the church.

• Assist the pastor in the daily functions of the church.
• Assist in the planning and execution of church events and fellowships.
