Elementary Principal – Northfield Elementary School; Grades 3-5

The Metropolitan School District of Wabash County is seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as the Principal of Northfield Elementary School
, a brand-new elementary building serving students in grades 3-5.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a new learning environment with a highly experienced and dedicated staff, outstanding students, and a supportive community that values education and student success. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation while building on the strong traditions of the Northfield community including partnering with Metro North Elementary (PK-2) and Northfield Jr/Sr High (6-12).

The Principal will provide visionary leadership for the academic, social, and operational success of Northfield Elementary School. The ideal candidate will foster positive relationships with students, staff, families, and community members while ensuring high levels of student achievement and growth.

• Valid Indiana Administrator License.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and school improvement practices.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with staff, students, families, and community stakeholders.
• Commitment to creating a positive, student-centered school culture.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
