Vice President of Finance

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of multiple growing brands while serving as a key member of the executive leadership team in a company positioned for expansion across industrial, commercial print, and packaging markets.

The VP of Finance is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations while contributing to long-term business growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the President, this role serves as a hybrid CFO/Controller position and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.

The VP of Finance will lead Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Purchasing, and Financial Planning & Analysis while partnering with ownership and advisors on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, financial performance, and organizational growth.

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash management activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, KPIs, and business performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with banking, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage annual budgeting and rolling cash flow forecasting processes.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability, growth, and operational excellence.
• Support acquisition evaluations, due diligence, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Oversee Accounting, HR, IT, Purchasing, and FP&A functions.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and business systems.
• Guide technology and automation initiatives, including cybersecurity oversight.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred).
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and contribute at the executive level.
