H&R Block is seeking an Office Experience Leader to translate guidance from the OEM and DGM into disciplined daily execution. You will coach Tax Advisors and CSPs, coordinate with the CCS team, and drive the client experience while accelerating the office’s seasonal tax business.
You’ll start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall and transition to an expanded tax season schedule from January through April, including evenings and weekends as needed.
