We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who wants a seat at the table. Someone who enjoys partnering with leaders, building strong teams, solving challenges, and helping create a workplace where employees can do their best work.

• Coach leaders through employee relations, performance, and difficult conversations
• Lead recruiting efforts to attract top talent
• Conduct fair, objective workplace investigations
• Partner with managers to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
• Support onboarding and new hire success
• Interpret HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment laws
• Help develop leaders, strengthen teams, and drive continuous improvement
• Build trusted relationships across every level of the organization

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Strong employee relations, recruiting, coaching, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to balance employee advocacy with business objectives
• SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a bonus—but not required
