Production Supervisor

Responsible for managing, training, developing, and retaining production staff, and supervising remelt and electric furnace operations to maintain an efficient production schedule.

• Promote a team atmosphere and a healthy and safe work environment for all employees by providing consistent and ongoing communication and direction.
• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimal day‑to‑day operations under the direction of the manager.
• Ensure compliance with all safety programs, requirements, and practices.
• Maintain equipment to prevent downtime and sustain productivity.
• Communicate with and engage team members on key operational strategies.
• Train new employees to company standards.
• Maintain standards for production, housekeeping, and quality control.
• Allocate workload and supervise production staff.
• Follow the company dress code and use proper PPE at all times.
• Effectively address performance concerns, discipline, and recognition.
• Work with Human Resources on any employee issues.

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
