Foundry Laborer

REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third‑party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. We convert aluminum scrap and by‑products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.

• Band ingot per customer specification
• Operate the ingot casting robot
• Drive a forklift and transfer ingot to the banding pad
• Assist in maintaining furnace pump wells and bag house maintenance
• Wear protective equipment and work in an industrial manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to read/write
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Accuracy in recording of weights
• Demonstrate safe work practices throughout the plant
• Ability to operate an industrial tow motor and forklift
• High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
