We are looking for a caring, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Pediatric and Adult long‑term care team. You will provide hands‑on personal care to our residents, help them with their daily routines, and be the heartbeat of our nursing floor. What You’ll Do
  • Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene.
  • Help residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
  • Obtain and document vital signs, weights, and intake and output.
  • Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition to the nurse.
  • Respond to call lights quickly and with a caring attitude.
  • Follow care plans, infection control protocols, and safety standards.
  • Document care provided accurately each shift.
Requirements
  • Current, valid CNA license in the state of practice.
  • Completion of a state‑approved Nurse Aide Training program.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
  • Long‑term care experience preferred — new graduates welcome.
  • Genuine compassion for elderly and medically complex residents.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
