About This RoleWe are looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join our pediatric and adult long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, lead the nursing team on your shift, and make a real difference in the daily lives of the people we serve. - Assess residents and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and skilled procedures
- Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs on your shift
- Communicate with residents, families, and attending physicians
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record
- Participate in care planning, MDS, and quality improvement activities
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
