Registered Nurse RN

Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) at Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation — Full-Time or Part-Time Day (6a–6p) and Evening Shifts Available.

As a Registered Nurse, you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff. You will use nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents, contributing to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

• Provide direct patient care as an RN within the care plan and in collaboration with the care team.
• Monitor resident status, assess changes, and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
• Promote a compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care environment.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
