Scale House Operator

Responsible for the accurate weighing, documentation, and processing of molten metal truck shipments in a fast‑paced, 24/7 industrial environment. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently while ensuring accurate scale transactions and record keeping.

• Must have computer experience.

Provide security and safety services at client sites, observing and reporting activities and incidents, maintaining order, and assisting with customer service. The role is performed on a full‑time or part‑time basis and requires passing a drug screen, background check, and meeting applicable licensing requirements.

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet or continue to meet state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guards.
• Observes and reports activities and incidents at assigned client sites.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking; may involve climbing stairs or walking on uneven terrain.
• May lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Provides customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
