Whyte Oak Homes is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team member to support our back-office accounting, project billing, and vendor coordination.
This role is a great fit for someone who loves clean books, organized systems, and steady, repeatable processes. If you enjoy reconciliations, keeping things accurate, and bringing order to the financial side of projects, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do- Manage project Accounts Payable billing in Buildertrend
- Keep Quick Books Online up to date
- Support monthly close and job-level reporting
- Assist with basic reporting
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience (construction or project-based business preferred)
- Quick Books Online experience required
- Buildertrend (or similar) is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and consistent
- Comfortable managing recurring tasks and deadlines
- Clear, professional communication
- Up to 20 hours a week
- Waco, TXOn-Site
